From Level 3, every round is a gate.
Three rounds of five questions per level. You need four of five right on your first attempt to advance.
Four of five on the first attempt, so you advance — and Q3 comes back anyway, before the round ends.
Options reshuffle every time you see a question, so you cannot pass by remembering where the answer sat — only by knowing it.
