winIQ is made by SokoTech in Nairobi, Kenya. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the licence below.

Licence

Builds installed from the App Store are licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement. Builds installed from Google Play are licensed on the equivalent terms under the Google Play Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Levels 1 to 3 are free, permanently. Pro unlocks the remaining levels, your full history and the practice features shown on the plan you choose at the moment of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Cancelling is done in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not in winIQ - the store holds the subscription, so only the store can end it.

Deleting your winIQ account does not cancel an active subscription. If you want both gone, cancel in the store first, then delete the account. The deletion screen in the app says the same thing and links to the store's manage-subscriptions page.

What the Cognitive Index is not

A practice score on winIQ puzzles. Not a clinical IQ measurement. It reflects how you perform on this app's questions and nothing more. It is not a diagnosis, it is not an assessment, and it should not be used as one.

Your data

What winIQ collects, why, and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time - Stats, then Settings, then Delete my account - or from the deletion page.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Material changes are announced in the app rather than left here to be discovered.
